Open your own store: Site Integration
The Basics has put together an easy-to-manage folder, complete with everything you will need to start offering web design services directly from your site! This folder comes complete with everything you will need including a checkout system and email confirmations sent to you, The Basics and the customer. The process is completely automated. Here is how it works
Step 1
Download the ecommerce web site folder.
Step 2
Unzip the folder and add it to your server. All of the files are already in place.
Step 3
Add a link to your site pointing to the folder you just placed on your server. This link should be with the main links on your web site. Remember that the store you are integrating into your site will look as if you are offering the web design services as your own. So don't hide the link in some corner of your site. No one will bother to click on it and neither of us will benefit. Point the link to the index.php file in the web design folder.
Step 4
Test the link and the store integration out in your browser. The store pages probably don't look the rest of your sites, so you will have to make some changes to them. This is easy as long as you design around the code we have created. Don't try to add things into the middle. If all this seems too complicated, contact our promotions department and they will do this part for you.
It truly is that simple! Not even five steps and you have practically added another department to your growing business. You can now offer web design services without even knowing anything about web design. The Basics takes care of everything for you; this includes customer support.
